Queer Intersections
Queer Intersections (QX) is a registered nonprofit organization that provides a safe and inclusive community hub for the Two Spirit LGBTQIA+/Rainbow community in London, Ontario. Their mission is to create inclusive spaces where members of the Two-Spirit LGBTQIA+ community come together to feel welcome and safe, providing access to dynamic services for all aspects of health and well-being.
QX provides regular programming that addresses issues such as discrimination, isolation, and mental health, promoting social inclusion and equity for 2SLGBTQIA+ persons in the community. They regularly offer opportunities for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals to engage in community-building activities and skills development that promote empowerment and self-advocacy, including fostering artistic exploration and promotion. Their programming and events are curated for individuals across the lifespan from youth to seniors in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community while including the general public to create lasting and sustainable connections.
