Forest City Gallery is London Ontario’s longest-running artist-run centre, established in 1973. As a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting contemporary art practices, the gallery presents innovative exhibitions, artist talks, workshops, and community programming. FCG champions experimental and emerging art forms while fostering critical dialogue around contemporary cultural issues.

The gallery operates with a commitment to accessibility, artistic excellence, and community engagement, providing vital support for local and regional artists while presenting nationally and internationally recognized contemporary art.

Join us for the opening reception of the Annual Juried Exhibition in partnership with Western University Visual Arts, featuring gdaa-giiwemin by Genevieve Buchanan. This powerful exhibition tells the story of repatriation along the Southern coast of Lake Huron, where thunderbird nesting grounds and their eggs (known as “kettles”) are found scattered among beds of shale.
