FCG Pier – Creating Space Collectively Opening Reception

Join us for the opening reception of FCG Pier exhibition Creating Space Collectively, which showcases collaborative drawings created during the SafeSpace x FCG: Creating Space workshop. This therapeutic art event brought together 9 participants who collectively reflected on wellness and created collaborative artworks.

The exhibition features truly collective pieces where each participant worked on every artwork, making them created by the entire group. Beginning with an opening by local artist Ruby Ross, participants harmonized with one another and added what intuitively felt right to represent themselves, their wellness, their collective, and their community.

The exhibition runs from August 8-16th and celebrates this partnership in support of SafeSpace, a local organization focused on community wellness.
